The user information, also known as the metadata of the file, are located in the lower left-hand corner of the main screen. The information includes the file name, farm name, formula name, author of the formula, and a brief description of the formula.  The date created is displayed, but cannot be modified.  

Most of these are relatively self-explanatory. Each allows us to describe the specific formula we are evaluating, and to keep track of formulas by farm, by author and date created.

We can, of course, change the name of the farm, the formula, redefine the author, as well as to change the description. Note that none of these changes will take place unless we save the file after we’ve made the changes.

If you change the language, you have the option of entering the data in the local language.
