LPSolve Download Examples

When you install LPSolve, a set of example files is downloaded automatically along with the program. These files are stored in the LPSolve directory inside your Documents folder. You’ll notice a file named LPSolveExamples.zip—this is the original archive that the program downloads, and the individual example files are extracted from this zip file during installation.

If the example files are ever lost or become corrupted, you can easily restore them. Simply go to the Help menu in the LPSolve menu bar and select Download Examples. With an active internet connection, the program will connect to tools.calfnotes.com, download the LPSolveExamples.zip file, and automatically extract the example files into the correct folder.

This provides a quick and reliable way to reinitialize the example files whenever needed.
